智慧图书馆服务平台研究和实践探索——以国防科技大学图书馆为例

Research and Practice of Smart Library Service Platform:Taking the Library of National University of Defense Technology as an Example

随着信息技术进步和读者需求升级,图书馆传统的业务集成系统(Integrated Library System,ILS)已无法满足新时代智慧化图书馆建设的要求。因此,新一代图书馆管理系统(又称图书馆服务平台,Library Service Platform,LSP)的研究和实践,对智慧图书馆的建设起到了关键作用。国防科技大学图书馆从自身需求出发,逐步开展新一代图书馆服务平台的研究和探索。从2018年起与国内新一代服务平台服务商一起合作建设,历时两年多于2020年11月正式上线为全校读者提供服务。国防科技大学图书馆结合自身情况部署了LSP纸电一体化的馆藏管理和读者服务,并提供了更多维度的统计和分析服务,有效地提高了读者文献服务质量和图书馆文献管理水平。同时对在项目实施过程中遇到的一些问题展开了研究和思考,可为准备开展LSP建设的图书馆提供有益参考。

With the development of information technology and the upgrade of readers'needs,the traditional Integrated Library System(ILS)is no longer able to meet the requirement of smart library construction in the new era.Therefore,the research and practice of library service platform(LSP)play a key role in the construction of Smart Library.Based on its own needs,the library of National University of Defense Technology has begun to conduct research and exploration of a new generation of library service platform.We have cooperated with a new generation of service platform providers in China since 2018,and have officially launched the library service platform in November 2020 and began to provide services for readers.The library integrates paper and digital LSP in collection management and reader service in accordance with its own situation,and provides statistical and analytical services with more dimensions,which have effectively improved the quality of reader document service and the collection management of the library.At the same time,this paper discusses the problems encountered in the implementation process of the project,aiming to provide useful reference for libraries preparing to construct LSP.
