乡村振兴战略是推进持续性减贫的重要制度保障。乡村文化建设是乡村振兴的基础和核心,在乡村振兴战略背景下,图书馆阅读推广在助力乡村文化振兴方面具有独特的功能。文章以武陵山民族聚居区为例,在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的背景下,通过对该区域图书馆阅读推广职能优势及阅读推广实践的论述,探析其独特功能。

Rural revitalization strategy is an important institutional guarantee to promote sustainable poverty reduction.Rural cultural construction is the foundation and core of rural revitalization,and strengthening rural cultural revitalization is the necessity of rural revitalization.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,reading promotion in libraries plays a unique role in assisting the rural cultural revitalization.Taking the Wuling Mountains minority area as an example,based on the consolidating and expanding of the achievement of poverty alleviation and its effective association with rural revitalization,this paper discusses the advantages and practices of reading promotion in libraries in this region and explores its unique functions.
