基于脂质代谢的中医药防治肝癌作用机制研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of prevention and treatment of liver cancer by Traditional Chinese Medicine based on lipid metabolism

肝癌的发病率和死亡率在我国恶性肿瘤中位居前列。近年研究发现细胞的异常脂质代谢与肝癌的发生发展密切相关,两者相互影响。同时,中医药被证实为是治疗肝癌的有效方法之一,虽然目前国内相关的实验和临床研究报道还较少,仍需要开展大量、深入的研究,但涉及脂质代谢与肝癌之间相互作用的研究越来越受到关注。中药有效成分可以通过介导脂质摄取以减少外源性脂质的吸收,影响胆固醇的排出方式以增加胆固醇的排泄,促进胆固醇的逆转运以影响脂质的分布和转运,改变与脂质代谢相关酶的合成及活性等以调控脂质代谢,以及干扰与脂质代谢信号通路相关的蛋白激酶、受体和信号因子等抑制癌肝癌的发生发展。本文论述了近年来国内外有关中医药通过脂质代谢防治肝癌作用机制的研究进展和研究现状,以期为治疗肝癌提供新策略。

The incidence and mortality of liver cancer are in the forefront of malignant tumors in China.Recent studies have found that abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer,and the two affect each other.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine has been proved to be one of the effective methods for the treatment of liver cancer.Although there are few reports on relevant experimental and clinical studies in China,and a large number of in-depth studies are still needed,studies on the interaction between lipid metabolism and liver cancer are attracting more and more attention.This article discusses the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine by mediating lipid intake to reduce exogenous lipid absorption,through the influence of cholesterol to increase cholesterol excretion,shipped by promoting cholesterol reverse affect lipid distribution and transport,by affecting the lipid metabolism related enzyme activities such as synthesis and to regulate lipid metabolism,and inhibit the occurrence and development of Hepatocellular Carcinoma by interfering with protein kinases,receptors and signal factors related to lipid metabolism signaling pathways.In this paper,the research progress and status quo of the mechanism of lipid metabolism in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer by traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed,which provided a new strategy for the treatment of liver cancer.
