扎根理论视角下移动政务APP用户使用行为影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Mobile Government APP User Behavior Based on Grounded Theory

采用扎根理论质性研究的方式对半结构化访谈获取的数据进行分析、编码后,构建了移动政务APP用户使用行为研究模型。研究结果显示,移动政务APP用户的使用行为主要分为持续使用行为、一次使用行为和转移行为,并深入剖析了移动政务APP用户使用行为的影响因素,最后从促进用户持续使用的视角,提出了相应的对策和建议。

After analyzing and coding the data obtained from semi-structured interviews in the qualitative research method of grounded theory,a research model of user behavior of mobile government APP is constructed.The research results show that the use behavior of mobile government APP users is mainly divided into continuous use behavior,one-time use behavior and transfer behavior.The paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the use behavior of mobile government APP users.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of promoting users'continuous use are put forward.
