基于培训方案设计模型的高校图书馆馆员培训路径探究

Research on the Training Path of University Librarians Based on the Training Program Design Model

新技术条件下,加强馆员培训对高校图书馆的可持续发展变得越来越重要。在分析高校图书馆馆员培训现状的基础上,对培训方案设计模型在高校图书馆馆员培训中的适用性进行了探讨,提出了以馆员需求为中心,以培育目标为指南,以方案设计为依据的高校图书馆馆员培训路径。

Under the condition of new technology,strengthening librarian training is becoming more and more important for the sustainable development of university library.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the training of university librarians,this paper probes into the applicability of the training program design model in the training of university librarians,and puts forward the training path of university librarians based on the needs of librarians,the training objectives and the program design.
