亚硒酸钠对松杉灵芝生长发育及富硒效应的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究富硒栽培中亚硒酸钠对松杉灵芝生长情况及富硒效果的影响,该文对松杉灵芝栽培种培养基料中加入不同质量的亚硒酸钠,观察并测定其子实体生长发育及富硒效应情况。结果表明,培养基料中加入低质量分数亚硒酸钠后,松杉灵芝通过生物富硒作用,增加了其子实体中硒元素含量,当亚硒酸钠质量分数为0.6 g·kg^(-1)时,子实体中硒含量和生长发育情况达到最佳;同时能够显著提高松杉灵芝多糖的含量并促进蛋白质的合成;而高质量分数的亚硒酸钠则会抑制蛋白质的进一步合成和子实体中蛋白质含量的提高,并影响氨基酸的合成。 In order to study the effects of sodium selenite on the growth and selenium enrichment of Ganodermats tsugae,different concentrations of sodium selenite were added into the culture substrate of G.tsugae,and the growth and selenium enrichment of its fruiting bodies were observed and measured.After adding low content of sodium selenite into the culture substrate,the selenium content in the fruiting bodies of G.tsugae.was increased by bio-selenium enrichment.When the content of sodium selenite was 0.6 g·kg^(-1),the selenium content and growth of fruiting bodies were the best.The polysaccharide content and protein synthesis of G.tsugae.were significantly increased.However,synthesis of protein and the increase of protein content in the fruiting bodies were inhibitted by the high content of sodium selenite,and the synthesis of amino acids were affected as well.
