摘要
从高铜铑精矿中实现铑的短流程高效提取,一直是铑提取技术的难点与热点。高铜铑精矿采用HCl/Cl_(2)溶解、草酸除铜、001×7强酸阳离子树脂交换除杂、水解法继续富集铑,再采用氯丙盐酸盐(R4)作为新型铑沉淀剂,从水解酸溶液中直接沉淀铑,实现铑与其他贵贱金属的高效分离,沉淀物煅烧或还原后可产出符合GB/T 1421—2018中SM-Rh99.95牌号要求的铑粉。新工艺具有工艺流程短、原料适应性强、易于实现工业化生产的特点。
It has always been a difficult and hot spot of rhodium extraction technology to realize the short process and efficient extraction of rhodium from rhodium concentrate with high copper content.High copper rhodium concentrate is dissolved by HCl/Cl_(2),copper removal with oxalic acid,impurity removal with strong acid cation resin 001×7,and rhodium enrichment by hydrolysis.Then,chloropropyl hydrochloride(R4)is used as a new rhodium precipitant to directly precipitate rhodium from hydrolytic acid solution,so as to realize efficient separation of rhodium from other noble and base metals.The rhodium powder can be produced from precipitate after calcination or reduction,which meets the requirement of Grade SM-Rh99.95 in GB/T 1421—2018.The new process has the characteristics of short process flow,strong adaptability of raw materials,and easy to realize industrial production.
