油田抽油机井节能电动机适应性研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 为提高抽油机井节能电动机选型匹配工作的合理性及科学性,从而有效提高机采系统运行效率、降低能源消耗,文中开展油田抽油机井节能电动机适应性研究,通过电动机空载、堵转、抽油机模拟负载、等测试手段,从系统的角度对油井节能电动机的综合品质进行评价,并研究节能电动机与抽油机之间的优化选配方法,为油田抽油机井匹配适宜节能电动机提供技术支撑,现场优化选型1095台次,实现平均节电率11.2%,年节电603.6×10^(4) kWh,年节约电费440.6万元。 In order to improve the rationality and scientificity of the selection and matching of energy-saving motors for pumping unit wells.In this paper,a research on the adaptability of energy-saving motors for oilfield pumping rig wells is carried out,test methods such as motor no-load,locked rotor,pumping unit simulated load,and on-site proofreading,evaluate the comprehensive quality of oil well energy-saving motors from a system point of view,and study the optimal matching method between the energy-saving motor and the pumping unit,provide technical support for matching suitable energy-saving motors for oilfield pumping unit wells.On-site optimization and selection of 1095 units,with an average power saving rate of 11.2%,the annual electricity saving is 6.036 million kWh,and the annual electricity cost saving is 4.406 million yuan.
