喇嘛甸油田地面系统变频装置优化可行性研究应用分析

摘要 目前,某厂有变频装置1549套,在用1281套,闲置268套,损坏63套。在生产运行中,集输系统、污水系统、配置注入系统均需要安装变频装置,满足生产动态管理,且达到节能降耗的目的。如果新建变频设计周期长,不能及时解决生产需求,在保证安全的前提下对现有闲置、备用的变频进行组装、调试,达到与现场工况匹配的条件后合理运行,既解决生产问题,又能降低成本。通过理论研究与现场试验,对闲置变频装置进行利用,可以提高闲置设备使用率,降低机泵运行能耗,节省生产运行成本。使得变频装置再次利用,使用后节省能耗20%,利旧安装小变频器安装费0.3万元,新建55 kW变频器,对比之后每台最多节省投资4.7万元。 At present,our factory has 1549 sets of frequency conversion devices,1281 sets in use,268 sets idle and 63 sets damaged.In the production operation,the gathering and transportation system,sewage system and configuration injection system all need to install frequency conversion devices to meet the dynamic management of production and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.If the design cycle of the newly built frequency converter is long and the production demand cannot be solved in time,we assemble and debug the existing idle and spare frequency conversion under the premise of ensuring safety,and operate reasonably after matching the on-site working conditions,which can not only solve the production problems,but also reduce the cost.Through theoretical research and field test,the utilization of idle frequency conversion device can improve the utilization rate of idle equipment,reduce the energy consumption of machine and pump operation,and save the cost of production and operation.The frequency conversion device is reused,and the energy consumption is saved by 20%after use.The installation fee of the old installation of small inverters is 3000 yuan,and 55 k W inverters are built.After comparison,each unit can save up to 47000 yuan.
