摘要
为有效降低输气管道的运行能耗,以站间管道和压气站为研究对象,建立了以全线压气站总能耗最小为目标函数的输气管道稳态运行优化模型,并采用动态规划算法对优化模型进行求解,得到各压气站的最优出站压力和开机数量,并进行了实例验证。结果表明,动态规划优化方案与实际运行方案相比,虽然开机总数有所增加,但降低了不合理越站带来的管道超压风险,管道全线总压降可降低0.73 MPa,压缩机总功率可降低8.59 MW,燃驱和电驱的平均效率分别提高了2.8%、13.9%,证明了动态规划算法的科学性和可靠性。研究结果为输气管道前期方案设计和稳态运行提供了理论依据。
To effectively reduce energy consumption of the operation of the pipeline,to stand pipe and pressure between gas station as the research object,establishes the full pressure gas station,the objective function is minimum total power consumption of gas pipeline operation optimization model of the steady state,and uses the dynamic programming algorithm of optimization model,get the optimal outbound pressure and the pressure gas station boot number,and an example was carried out.The results show that compared with the actual operation scheme,although the total number of start-up is increased,the risk of pipeline overpressure caused by unreasonable off-station is reduced.The total pressure drop of the pipeline can be reduced by 0.73 MPa,the total power of the compressor can be reduced by 8.59 MW,and the average efficiency of combustion drive and electric drive is increased by 2.8%and 13.9%,respectively.It is proved that the dynamic programming algorithm is scientific and reliable.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design and steady state operation of gas transmission pipeline.
