摘要
抽油机是否平衡是影响抽油机能耗的主要原因之一,目前抽油机平衡的测试方法主要是依电流平衡法为主,通过测量抽油机的上下电流来确定是否平衡。根据Q/SY1233—2009抽油机平衡及操作规范规定,抽油机的平衡状况可以由功率平衡度判别,为抽油机平衡判定提供了新方法。通过对300口抽油机井进行功率法平衡技术的应用,验证功率法平衡调整技术在降低抽油机能耗上的作用。通过功率法平衡技术的应用,可以降低人为测量时的误差,减轻了工人的劳动强度,达到了节能的目的。
The balance of pumping unit is one of the main reasons affecting the energy consumption of pumping unit.At present,the test method of the balance of pumping unit is mainly based on the current balance method,which determines the balance by measuring the upper and lower current of pumping unit.According to the Q/SY1233—2009 pumping unit balance and operation specification,the balance state of pumping unit can be judged by power balance degree,which provides a new method for the balance judgment of pumping unit.Through the application of power balancing technology in 300 pumping Wells,the function of power balancing technology in reducing the energy consumption of pumping units is verified.Through the application of power balance technology,the error of artificial measurement can be reduced,the labor intensity of workers can be reduced,and the purpose of energy saving can be achieved.
