加强节点管理提高注水系统效率

摘要 注水开发油田注水耗能是油田生产过程中的重要用能单元。通过对某油田某采油厂作业区注水系统现状的介绍,分析了注水系统各个节点,提出了加强节点管理的各项优化措施,并对综合效果进行评价等。实践证明,通过开展注水系统节点分析,加强节点优化管理,采取优化注水泵开泵组合、注水管网综合治理、冲洗管线等各节点优化管理措施,平均泵效提升了0.6%,泵干压差降低了0.5%,管网效率提升了0.7%,注水系统提升了1.9%,平均日耗电量减少了4.9×10^(4)kWh,注水系统年耗电量减少了1785×10^(4)kWh,注水单耗下降了0.56 kWh/m^(3),节能降耗效果明显。 Water injection is an important energy consumption unit in oilfield water injection development.This paper introduces the current situation of water injection system in an oil production plant of Operation area of an oil production plant,analyzes each node of water injection system,puts forward various optimization measures to strengthen node management,and evaluates the comprehensive effect.Practice has proved that by carrying out node analysis of water injection system,strengthening node optimization management,and taking optimization management measures for each node,such as optimizing the combination of water injection pumps,comprehensive treatment of water injection pipe network and flushing pipeline,the average pump efficiency has been increased by 0.6%,the pump dry pressure difference has been reduced by 0.5%,the pipe network efficiency has been increased by 0.7%,the water injection system has been increased by 1.9%,the average daily power consumption has been reduced by 49000 k Wh,and the annual power consumption of water injection system has been reduced by 17.85 million k Wh,The unit consumption of water injection has decreased by 0.56 k Wh/m^(3),and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious.
