摘要 思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的来源、内涵、特点、核心思想及其表现,借鉴OBE的“投入和产出”“反向设计”“以学生为中心”“以学论教”“回头看”思想开展思政课教学探讨研究,对提高思政课教学实效性具有一定的现实意义。具体设计为:闭环研究,考虑投入与产出配置,设计人才培养教学模式;反向设计,反思思政课教学效果,梳理完善培养思路;以学生为中心,拓展思政课教学模式,构建一体化育人体系;以学论教,拓宽思政课教学方法,助力学生全面成长成才;回头看,建立思政课评价综合反馈机制,优化学习效果评价。 Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Based on the source,connotation,characteristics,core thought and the performance of Outcome Based Education(OBE)concepts in engineering education,and drawing lessons from OBE's concepts of"closed-loop research","reverse design","student-centered","teaching by learning"and"looking back",carrying out discussion and research on ideological and political theory teaching has a certain practical significance to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course.The specific designs are as follows:closed-loop research,considering the allocation of input and output,and designing the teaching model of talent training;reverse design,reflecting on the teaching effect of ideol ogical and political course,and sorting out and improving the cultivation ideas;student-centered,expanding the teaching model of ideological and political course,and constructing an integrated education system;teaching by learning,broadening the teaching methods of ideological and political course,and helping students to grow up in an all-round way;looking back,establishing a comprehensive feed back mechanism for the evaluation of ideological and political course,and optimizing the evaluation of learning effect.
