摘要
心理韧性是评估大学生心理能力的重要部分,是促进大学生积极成长和长远发展的一项重要措施。关于大学生心理韧性的评价方法主要以问卷测试的量化判定为主,该方法存在信息不全面、测试域窄等局限性。综述国内外大学生心理韧性量表测试因子的研究状况,建立大学生心理韧性评价的目标层次结构模型,制定大学生心理韧性评价体系中各项指标的等级划分标准。运用层次分析法确定各因子的权重,得到整体的综合评价体系。应用该评价体系对部分在校大学生进行测试,结果表明:大学生心理韧性具有明显的性别和年级特点,不同学科大学生心理韧性差异不明显。该测试验证了基于层次分析法的大学生心理韧性综合评价是可行的。
Psychological resilience is an important part for evaluating college students’psychological ability,as well as an important move to promote their positive growth and long-term development.The main research method for evaluating student’s psychological resilience is mainly done with the questionnaire survey for quantitative determination,but this method has some other limitations as well,such as incomplete information and narrow testing scope,and so on.This paper reviews the research status of testing factors on psychological resilience scale,establishes the objective hierarchical structure model for evaluating college students’psychological resilience,establishes the grading standards of each index in the evaluation system.For determining the weight of each factor,analytic hierarchy process is used to get the overall comprehensive evaluation system.By applying the evaluation system to test some college students,the results show the following things:psychological resilience has significant differences in the gender and the grade;there exists no significant resilience difference for students from different disciplines.This test proves that it is feasible to make a comprehensive evaluation on college students’psychological resilience based on analytic hierarchy process.
