Reflection on the Abuse of AI Face-Changing Technology and Legal Governance

人工智能换脸技术的滥用对社会治理构成了挑战,基于刑事治理的研究视角,人工智能换脸技术的滥用加剧了淫秽物品、诽谤、造谣、诈骗、侵犯公民信息等犯罪的风险的后果。借鉴域外治理经验,调适我国现有的刑法规则,强化打击淫秽物品、诽谤、造谣、诈骗、侵犯个人信息等领域内的犯罪,破解人工智能换脸技术滥用社会治理困局,实现社会的长效治理。

The abuse of AI face changing technology poses a challenge to social governance.From the perspective of criminal governance,the abuse of AI face changing technology intensifies the consequences of such crimes as obscenity,slander,rumor,fraud and infringing citizens’information.For achieving long-term social governance,we should learn from the experience of foreign governance,adjust the existing criminal law rules in China,strengthen the fight against crimes in the fields of obscene,libel,rumor,fraud,and personal information infringement,solve the social governance dilemma by the abuse of AI face changing technology.
