摘要
塔吉克斯坦是首批与我国签署共建“一带一路”政府间合作文件的国家之一,是我国重要的友好邻邦。塔吉克斯坦位于古亚洲成矿域,成矿地质背景优越,金、银、铅锌、锑、稀有金属等矿产资源丰富,但整体研究程度较低,开发程度不高,投资潜力较大。本文系统梳理了塔吉克斯坦主要矿产资源开发利用现状、地质工作程度,分析了矿业投资有利条件和不利因素,为中资企业赴塔吉克斯坦开展矿业投资提出了建议。研究结果表明:塔吉克斯坦的金、银、铅锌、锑等矿产资源丰富,稀有金属资源潜力可观,是未来我国企业开展国际矿业合作的重要选择。建议中资企业在“走出去”的过程中注重对接发展目标,提升塔吉克斯坦方面合作积极性;积极承担社会责任,融入当地社会;适当提高保险意识,理性规避风险;合理利用媒体资源,树立企业形象。
Tajikistan is one of the first countries to sign an intergovernmental cooperation document with China under the framework of“the Belt and Road”initiative and is our friendly neighbors.In aspect of geology,Tajikistan is in the Paleo-Asian metallogenic domain,rich in mineral resources such as gold,silver,lead,zinc,antimony,rare metals and others,but the degree of mining development is low and the market has great potential.In this paper,the present situation of exploitation and utilization of major mineral resources in Tajikistan is introduced together with degree of geological work,favorable and unfavorable factors for mining investment is analyzed.Suggestions are put forward to support Chinese enterprises mining investment in Tajikistan.The conclusion is that Tajikistan is rich in mineral resources such as gold,silver,lead-zinc,and antimony,and has considerable potential for rare metals.It is a favourable choice for Chinese enterprises to develop international mining cooperation in the future.Suggestions are given to Chinese enterprises that compare development goals and enhance cooperation enthusiasm of Tajikistan side,and fulfil social responsibilities and integrate into local society,and raise insurance awareness and avoid risks,and use media resources to build image.
