煤矿矸石充填效果受夯实角影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究充填支架夯实机构的夯实角对矸石散体夯实效果的影响,以ZC1800/14/25型充填液压支架为原型,采用离散元数值模拟的方法构建矸石充填工作面空间模型,分析了推压板和矸石散体在夯实过程中的力链演化,研究了夯实角与夯实板推压力、矸石破碎程度、欠接顶量和矸石质心位置之间的关系。研究结果表明:随着夯实角的减小,夯实作用会影响到较大范围的矸石并压碎部分矸石,夯实板压力较大;随着夯实角的增大,夯实板压力降低,且推动的矸石量较少。最终确定夯实角为10°时,夯实机构对矸石散体的充填效果最好,研究结果可为充填工作面现场操作提供理论依据。 In order to study the influence of the tamping angle of the ramming mechanism of the filling support on the compaction effect of the gangue,the ZC1800/14/25 filling hydraulic support is used as the prototype,and the discrete element numerical simulation method is used to construct the gangue filling face space model.The evolution of the pressure of push plate and the force chain of the gangue loose body during the compaction process is analyzed.The relationship between the tamping angle and the pressing force of the compaction plate,the degree of gangue crushing,the amount of under-attachment and the position of the gangue center of mass is studied.The results show that the tamping angle is small,the compaction effect will affect a larger range of gangue and crush some of the gangue,and the pressure of the compacted plate is greater.When the tamping angle is large,the pressure of the compacted plate becomes smaller and the amount of gangue pushed is less.It is finally determined that when the tamping angle is 10°,the compaction mechanism has the best filling effect on the gangue granules.This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the on-site operation of the filling face.
