摘要
企业是参与市场竞争的主体,而在市场竞争飞速发展的时代背景下,企业所肩负的社会责任也开始被人们关注。而当人们的关注点从传统的大中型社会责任过渡到小微企业的社会责任后,小微企业应该采取积极的应对措施,通过不断完善人力资源管理体系,有效地提升小微企业的管理水平,真正地肩负起小微企业的社会责任。论文主要分析了社会责任前移对于小微企业人力资源管理工作所带来的影响,并且就社会责任前移背景下小微企业人力资源管理工作的应对策略进行了探讨,希望能够为不断提升小微企业人力资源管理的水平提供参考意见。
Enterprises are the main body to participate in market competition,and under the background of the rapid development of market competition,the social responsibility of enterprises has begun to attract people's attention.When people's focus shifts from the traditional large and medium-sized social responsibility to the social responsibility of small and micro enterprises,small and micro enterprises should take positive measures,constantly improve the human resources management system,effectively improve the management level of small and micro enterprises,and truly shoulder the social responsibility of small and micro enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the impact of advancing social responsibility on the human resources management of small and micro enterprises,and discusses the coping strategies of human resources management work of small and micro enterprises under the background of advancing social responsibility,hoping to provide reference for continuously improving the level of human resources management of small and micro enterprises.
