现金流是集团企业管理中的重要内容,现金流管理效率的高低,不但与集团经营活动息息相关,而且与其未来发展也有着密切的关联。现阶段,国家对集团企业提高了关注度,要求其在做好自身生产建设的同时,加强现金流管理,以更良好的姿态迎接更大的挑战。基于此,论文主要围绕集团的现金流管理展开研究,阐述现金流管理的含义及重要性,提出了开展现金流管理的对策建议,以期为相关人士提供一定的参考。

Cash flow is an important content in the management of group enterprises.The efficiency of cash flow management is not only closely related to the groups'business activities,but also closely related to their future development.At this stage,the state has paid more attention to group enterprises,requiring them to strengthen cash flow management while doing a good job in their own production and construction,so as to meet greater challenges with a better attitude.Based on this,the paper mainly studies the cash flow management in groups,expounds the meaning and importance of cash flow management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for developing cash flow management,so as to provide some reference for relevant people.
