Research on the Human Resources Management Methods of Shipbuilding Enterprises

船舶企业具有典型的劳动密集型产业特征,人才是船舶企业长远稳定发展的基础。近年来,船舶企业高度重视对人才的挖掘、培养与使用。论文运用调查法、分析法对船舶企业人力资源管理现状与管理方法进行深入的探究与论述,重点就如何优化企业人力资源管理提出几点建议,以期为相关工作提供些许帮助。

Shipbuilding enterprises have the typical characteristics of labor-intensive industries,and talents are the basis for the long-term and stable development of shipbuilding enterprises.In recent years,shipbuilding enterprises attach great importance to the excavation,training and use of talents.Using the methods of investigation and analysis,this paper makes an in-depth exploration and discussion on the management status and management methods of human resources in shipbuilding enterprises,and emphatically puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize enterprise human resources management,so as to bring some help to relevant work.
