摘要
人才制胜未来的新经济背景下,人力资源管理创新越来越重要,尤其是在后疫情环境下,人力资源经济管理工作成为企业高质量发展的关键举措。论文分析新经济背景下人力资源经济管理创新的重要意义,详细阐述新经济背景下人力资源经济管理存在的问题,最后提出新经济背景下人力资源经济管理创新的具体对策,以此推动人力资源管理工作高质量发展,提升企业经济效益。
Under the new economic background that talent wins the future,the innovation of human resources management is becoming more and more important,especially in the post-epidemic environment,human resources economic management has become a key measure for high-quality development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the significance of the innovation of human resources economic management under the new economic background,expounds the problems existing in the human resources economic management under the new economic background,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures for the innovation of human resources economic management under the new economic background,so as to promote the high-quality development of human resources management and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
