企业财务预算管理中存在的问题及解决对策

Problems Existing in Enterprise Financial Budget Management and the Solutions

随着我国经济的快速发展,各种企业的发展速度也越来越快,在新的形势下,企业之间的竞争会越来越激烈,因此,要想使企业的财务预算得到有效的控制,保证企业的预算稳定有序,财务预算的科学化是企业管理工作的关键。然而在实施过程中,由于缺乏对财务预算的全面了解,导致企业在实施财务预算时,未能充分发挥其作用,进而影响到企业的可持续发展。论文针对当前企业财务预算管理存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期促进企业的可持续发展。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the development rate of various enterprises is also getting faster and faster,in the new situation,the competition between enterprises will be more and more fierce.Therefore,in order to make the enterprise's financial budget to be effectively controlled,ensure that the enterprise's budget is stable and orderly,the scientific financial budget is the key to enterprise management.However,in the implementation process,due to the lack of comprehensive understanding of the financial budget,the enterprise failed to give full play to its role in the implementation of the financial budget,thus affecting the sustainable development of the enterprises.In view of the problems existing in the current financial budget management of enterprises,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
