业财融合下的财务转型探讨

在经济下行压力增加和现代信息技术飞速进步的双重作用下,企业为更好地参与行业竞争和开展内部管理,必须重视企业运营中财务、业务系统双轨运行和业财融合度低等问题。从企业实务来看,基于业财融合的财务转型实施中问题颇多,这不利于展现企业财务转型的效果。因此,论文对业财融合下的财务转型进行了深入研究,从企业经营发展期间业财融合的意义出发,分析当前业财融合背景下财务转型过程中存在的典型问题,并结合实际提出相应的转型策略,以期帮助企业不断提升经营管理水平。

Under the dual effects of the increasing downward pressure of the economy and the rapid progress of modern information technology,in order to better participate in the industry competition and carry out internal management,enterprises must pay attention to the problems of dual-track operation of financial and business systems and low integration degree of business and finance in the operation of enterprises.From the actual operation of the enterprise,there are many problems in the implementation of financial transformation based on the integration of business and finance,which is not conducive to show the effect of enterprise financial transformation.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study on the financial transformation under the integration of business and finance.Starting from the significance of the integration of business and finance during the operation and development of enterprises,this paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the process of financial transformation under the background of the current integration of business and finance,and puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies in combination with the reality,so as to help enterprises continuously improve the level of operation and management.
