Analysis of the Status Quo of Scientific and Technological Achievements Evaluation

科技成果评价是科技成果转化以及科技管理的必要手段,为科学决策提供重要依据。当前环境下做好科技成果评级管理工作具有重要意义,然而受限于诸多因素,我国科技成果评价工作还存在不少问题,因此,论文立足于对我国科技成果评价现状的探究,从设计和实施两个方面归纳总结出现行科技成果评价工作中所存在的一些基本问题,并在此基础上针对性地提出建议,为我国科技成果评价工作开展提供参考。

The evaluation of scientific and technological achievements is a necessary means for the transformation and management of scientific and technological achievements,which provides an important basis for scientific decision-making.In the current environment,it is of great significance to do a good job in the evaluation and management of scientific and technological achievements.However,due to many factors,there are still many problems in the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in China.Therefore,based on the exploration of the status quo of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in China,this paper summarizes some basic problems existing in the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements from two aspects of design and implementation,and puts forward targeted suggestions on this basis to provide reference for the development of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in China.
