DM石化集团营销战略分析

摘要 DM石化集团是一家拥有原油进口资质、成品油批发资质的大型石油化工企业,其业务板块包括原油加工、石油化工、热电、氯碱化工、建筑安装、进出口贸易和物流运输等。随着业务的不断发展及业务量的不断扩大,公司发展遇到了瓶颈。论文结合DM石化集团的实际情况,以4Ps营销组合理论为依据,对DM石化集团的营销组合策略进行了研究,重点指出其营销工作存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了新的营销组合策略,确保DM石化集团能够顺利完成销售任务。 DM Petrochemical Group is a large petrochemical enterprise with crude oil import qualification and refined oil product wholesale qualification.Its business segments include crude oil processing,petrochemical,thermoelectric,chlor-alkali chemical,construction and installation,import and export trade,logistics and transportation,etc.With the continuous development of business and the continuous expansion of business volume,the development of the company has encountered a bottleneck.Combined with the actual situation of DM Petrochemical Group,and based on the 4Ps marketing mix theory,this paper studies the marketing mix strategies of DM Petrochemical Group,emphatically points out the problems existing in its marketing work,and puts forward new marketing mix strategies for the existing problems to ensure that DM Petrochemical Group can successfully complete the sales task.
