旅游企业并购风险及规避策略

摘要 我国市场经济的快速发展,为旅游行业提供了广阔的发展空间。近年来,随着旅游企业之间的竞争日渐激烈,旅游市场逐渐趋于饱和。为了在市场竞争中占据优势地位,一些旅游企业制定了规模扩张战略,采取并购的方式实现规模的扩大和实力的增强。但并购如同一把双刃剑,在为企业带来利益的同时,也为企业带来各种风险。基于此,论文论述了相关概念,对我国旅游企业在并购过程中可能产生的风险进行了分析,并提出相应的风险规避策略,旨在帮助旅游企业增强对并购风险的规避和防范能力,使旅游企业能够从并购中真正获益。 The rapid development of China's market economy has provided a broad space for the development of the tourism industry.In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition among tourism enterprises,the tourism market is gradually approaching saturation.In order to occupy a dominant position in the market competition,some tourism enterprises have formulated scale expansion strategies and adopted merger and acquisition method to expand their scale and enhance their strength.However,merger and acquisition is like a double-edged sword.While bringing benefits to enterprises,it will also bring various risks to enterprises.Based on this,the paper discusses the relevant concepts,analyzes the possible risk of China's tourism enterprises in the process of merger and acquisition,and puts forward the corresponding risk avoidance strategies,so as to help tourism enterprises enhance their ability to avoid and prevent merger and acquisition risks,so that tourism enterprises can really benefits from merger and acquisition.
