摘要
为了研究空间外形桥梁三维快速设计技术,以空间桥梁为依托,引入三维数字化技术可有效提升设计的精细程度,解决传统二维设计的弊端。本文针对空间桥梁的空间特点,分别以“板材设计”及“模板设计”思路探讨了空间桥梁三维快速设计方法的特点。结果表明充分结合钢材加工的特点,通过对任务分解模式及设计流程的改变,以“整板设计,最后切分”为理念,保证了设计及后期修改时同一块板材的连续性、唯一性,减少了后期修改时的工作量。将三维设计与混凝土结构施工过程进行类比,运用数学中的降维思想,将设计的对象由三维实体结构改变为模板曲面,减少了特征点数目、放样线形的复杂程度,降低了设计的难度,提高三维设计建模的效率,可达到快速建模的目的,在实际工程的设计中可进行推广应用。
In order to study the three-dimensional rapid design technology of space shape bridge, based on the space bridge, the introduction of 3-D digital technology can effectively improve the refinement of design and solve the disadvantages of traditional two-dimensional design.According to the spatial characteristics of space bridge,this paper discusses the characteristics of "plate design" and "template design" respectively.The results show that fully combining the characteristics of steel processing, through the change of task decomposition mode and design process, with the concept of "whole plate design, final segmentation", to ensure the continuity and uniqueness of the same plate in the design and later modification, and reduce the workload in the later modification.Comparing 3d design and concrete structure construction process, using dimension reduction ideas in mathematics, the design object from 3 d solid structure to template surface, reduce the number of characteristic points, the complexity of the lofting line, reduce the difficulty of the design, improve the efficiency of 3 d design modeling, can achieve the purpose of rapid modeling, can be applied in the design of practical engineering.
