针灸治疗冲脉病证的临床举隅

Clinical example of treating Chong vessel disease by acupuncture

冲脉,作为奇经八脉之一,其循行范围广、分支多,与多条经脉交会,广泛联系全身各脏腑,其为“十二经脉之海”“五脏六腑之海”与“血海”,具有调节全身气血的功能,在人体经脉系统中占有非常重要的地位。文章就李瑞教授治疗冲脉病候一案,结合冲脉的生理特性,分析“冲脉为病”的特点及其临床诊疗思路,为今后针灸临床提供思路。

Chong vessel(冲脉),as one of the eight extraordinary meridians,has a wide range of circulation and many branches,and is widely connected with internal organs of the whole body.It intersects with many meridians,is considered as“the sea of twelve meridians”“the sea of internal organs”and“the sea of blood”.It has the function of regulating Qi(气)and blood of the whole body,and occupies a very important position in the human body’s meridian system.In this article,1 case of treating Chong vessel disease by Professor LI Rui was given.Based on the clinical case,combined with physiological characteristics of the Chong vessel,the characteristics of“abnormal Chong vessel”and its clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas were analyzed to provide more ideas for acupuncture practice in the future.
