天柱透刺风池治疗原发性高血压病肝阳上亢证的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating essential hypertension with hyperactivity of Liver-Yang by Tianzhu Point penetrating Fengchi Point

目的:探讨天柱透刺风池治疗原发性高血压病肝阳上亢证对患者的血压及临床症状的改善情况。方法:将原发性高血压病肝阳上亢证患者110例随机分为透刺组和体针组各55例,体针组按照传统取穴针刺太冲、曲池、足三里、风池、合谷、内关等穴位,透刺组在体针组的基础上从天柱穴透刺风池穴,过完谷穴到翳风穴。两组均以4周为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。治疗前后观察血压、心率、中医证候积分变化。结果:两组治疗后比较,透刺组收缩压、舒张压及心率较体针组改善明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,透刺组头晕头痛、急躁易怒、心悸胸闷、眼干口苦证候改善优于体针组(P<0.05)。结论:天柱透刺风池治疗原发性高血压病肝阳上亢证不但可以降低血压、心率,而且能够显著改善临床症状。

Objective:To discuss the ameliorative effects of acupuncture at Tianzhu(天柱)-Fengchi(风池)acupoints on blood pressure and clinical symptoms of patients with primary hypertension due to liver Yang hyperactivity(肝阳上亢).Methods:110 cases were randomly divided into the penetration acupuncture group and body acupuncture group,with 55 cases in each.In the body acupuncture group,acupoints such as Taichong(太冲),Quchi(曲池),Zusanli(足三里),Fengchi,Hegu(合谷)and Neiguan(内关)were selected according to traditional acupuncture points.In the penetration acupuncture group,acupuncture needle was used to penetrate acupoints from Tianzhu-Fengchi-Wangu(完骨)to Yifeng(翳风).Both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment,with 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate in the penetration acupuncture group were significantly ameliorated compared with the body acupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the penetrating acupuncture group was better than the body acupuncture group in ameliorating dizziness,headache,irritability,palpitations,chest tightness,dry eyes and bitterness in the mouth(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Tianzhu-Fengchi acupoints on primary hypertension due to liver Yang hyperactivity can not only reduce blood pressure and heart rate,but also significantly relieve clinical symptoms.
