扁桃体啄治法用于慢性扁桃体炎患者治疗基本症状控制及临床有效性观察

The application of pecking therapy in controlling basic symptoms of chronic tonsillitis patients and its clinical efficacy

目的:探讨中医外治啄治法用于慢性扁桃体炎患者的治疗效果及临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月在溧阳市中医医院诊治的80例慢性扁桃体炎患者作为对象,经随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(40例)疗法为口服头孢克肟咀嚼片,观察组(40例)疗法为中医啄治法。观察患者基本症状改善、白细胞及中心粒细胞变化、不良反应发生情况等。结果:经相应治疗,观察组发热、扁桃体充血、咽喉疼痛、咽喉脓肿症状的消失时间相比对照组均更短,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞计数明显低于对照组,中性粒细胞(Polymorphonuclear Neutrophils,PMN)含量明显高于对照组,转化生长因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor-β,TGF-β)水平、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平相比对照组均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心慌、腹泻、恶心、肝肾功能异常等不良反应的总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扁桃体啄治法应用于慢性扁桃体炎患者临床治疗,可有效促进患者基本症状更快缓解,提高抗感染及免疫调节效果,获得更理想的临床有效性,且不良反应较少,表现出良好的安全性。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy and application value of pecking therapy on chronic tonsillitis.Methods:80cases from January 2019 to 2021 were selected as research objects and were divided into groups according to the random number table method.Patients(40 cases)in the control group were treated with cefixime chewable tablets,while patients(40 cases)in the observation group were treated by pecking therapy.Results:After corresponding treatment,the disappearance time of fever,tonsil hyperemia,throat pain,and throat abscess symptoms in the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,white blood cell count in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group.The PMN content in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.After treatment,TGF-βand IFN-γlevels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was markedly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was prominently lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pecking therapy on chronic tonsillitis can quickly relieve the basic symptoms of patients,improve anti-infection and immunomodulation effect,and obtain more desired effectiveness,with fewer adverse reactions and good safety.
