督灸对肾阳虚型不孕症患者激素水平变化及临床效果的影响

The influences of Du-moxibustion on hormone levels of patients with infertility of kidney Yang-deficiency type and its clinical efficacy

目的:探究督灸对肾阳虚型不孕症患者激素水平变化及临床效果的影响。方法:按照不同治疗方法将在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院中西医结合妇科确诊为肾阳虚型不孕症且有生育要求的女性患者分为两组,每组100例患者,对照组患者采用温经汤联合右归丸加减治疗,观察组患者采用温经汤联合右归丸加减联合督灸治疗。通过分析对照组和观察组患者的激素水平、中医症状评分、子宫内膜水平分型及临床妊娠率的差异性来探究督灸对肾阳虚型不孕症患者激素水平变化及临床效果的影响。结果:治疗前,对照组和观察组患者的促卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮等指标的表达水平、中医症状评分、子宫内膜水平分型数值相差较小(P>0.05),治疗后3个月,两组患者激素水平表达情况出现明显改变,观察组患者促卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、睾酮水平明显低于对照组,雌二醇水平明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组和观察组患者的月经量数值相差较小(P>0.05),治疗3个月后,两组月经量均出现显著增长情况,观察组患者月经量显著比对照组多(P<0.05)。观察组患者中医症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者A型升高数量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结果表明,观察组患者临床妊娠率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论:督灸对肾阳虚型不孕症患者的治疗效果较佳,能够显著提高患者的临床妊娠率,明显改善患者体内性激素水平及月经量等常规指标。

Objective:To explore the influence of Du-moxibustion(督灸)on hormone levels of infertility of kidney Yang-deficiency(阳虚)patients and its clinical efficacy.Methods:According to different treatment methods,female cases were divided into two groups,100 cases for each.The the control group were treated with the Wenjing decoction(温经汤)plus Yougui Wan(右归丸).The observation group were treated with the Wenjing decoction plus Yougui Wan and Du-moxibustion.Results:Before treatment,the differences between the two groups were smaller in the follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,testosterone expression levels,TCM symptom score,and the value of endometrial level classification(P>0.05).Three months after treatment,the FSH,LH and testosterone levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the estradiol level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in menstrual volume between the groups was smaller(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the menstrual volume in the groups were both increased significantly,and the increase in the observation group was obviously greater than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the number of type A elevated patients in the observation group was significantly bigger than the control group(P<0.05).The following-up results showed that the clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the groups showed no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Du-moxibustion shows a better therapeutic effect on infertility due to kidney Yang-deficiency.It can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate,hormone levels,menstrual volume,and other conventional indicators.
