通过勤求古训,分析尿酸性肾病的病因病机,从而探讨“既病防变”思想在尿酸性肾病治疗中的运用;参考众多医家的临床意见,提出相应的“既病防变”思想治疗尿酸性肾病的建议,以便运用于中医治未病临床工作。从本文可以看出,“既病防变”思想在尿酸性肾病治疗中有着积极意义,也适合我们在中医治未病临床工作中推广使用。

By means of seeking old saying in ancient China,we analyse the etiology and pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy.Our aim is to discuss the application of the thought of“preventing disease from exacerbating”in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy.Referring to the clinical opinions of many doctors,this paper puts forward the corresponding treatment suggestions of uric acid nephropathy with the idea of“preventing disease from changing”in order to apply it in the clinical work of preventive treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.From the paper,the“preventing disease from exacerbating”theory has positive significance in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy.It is suitable for us to promote the application of TCM in the preventive treatment of diseases.
