中医升降理论应用在脾胃病临床治疗中的相关探讨

A discussion on the application of TCM ascending and descending theory in treating spleen and stomach diseases

目的:探讨中医升降理论应用在脾胃病临床治疗中的效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年7月96例脾胃病患者,按数字随机抽取法分成观察组(48例)和对照组(48例),对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中医升降理论辨证治疗,比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、镜下溃疡评分及炎症因子变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,镜下溃疡评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医升降理论应用在脾胃病临床治疗中具有明显效果,可改善患者的临床证候,调节炎性因子,应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM ascending and descending theory on spleen and stomach diseases.Methods:96cases from March 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(48 cases)and the control group(48cases).The control group was treated in conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated by syndrome differentiation based on TCM ascending and descending theory.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than the control group,the ulcer score under the microscope was higher than the control group,and P<0.05.After treatment,the CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM ascending and descending theory on spleen and stomach diseases shows obvious effects,it can improve the clinical syndromes,regulate inflammatory factors,and with high application value.
