摘要
本文针对某涡轴发动机使用高闪点喷气燃料在高空台地面低温起动不成功问题,开展了故障原因分析,得出起动不成功是由于发动机供油不足、燃油雾化质量不足所致。采取提高填充供油量、提高开环供油量和闭环燃油高限值、延长起动电磁阀和点火系统接通时间等优化措施,开展验证试验,试验结果表明:起动控制规律优化后,改善了发动机低温起动性能,改进措施有效。其中,使用3号喷气燃料在地面低温起动包线内成功起动,使用高闪点喷气燃料在-20℃保温条件下成功起动,在-20℃保温后按-40℃供空气条件下冷起动失败、热起动成功。
Regarding the failure of a turbo-shaft engine uses high flash jet fuel started in low temperature on the ground,reach a conclusion that the reasons were the lack of fuel supply and the bad fuel atomization quality through the failure reason analysis.The verification tests were carried out by adopting optimization measures such as increasing the filling fuel supply,increasing the open-loop fuel supply and the high limit of closed-loop fuel,extending the on time of start solenoid valve and ignition system.The results show that the engine low temperature start performance is improved after the optimization of the start control law and the improvement measures were effective.The start which uses the No.3 jet fuel is successful in the ground low temperature start envelope,the start which uses high flash jet fuel is successful at condition of thermal insulation at minus 20 centigrade.At condition of thermal insulation at minus 20 centigrade and supply the air at minus 40 centigrade,the cold start is failed but the hot start is successful.
