基于SBOM的民用直升机维修工程分析数据研究

Research on Analysis Data of Civil Helicopter Maintenance Engineering Based on SBOM

本文对民用直升机维修工程分析中的数据类型及数据管理进行介绍,并采用SBOM(服务物料清单)方法对工程源数据进行组织构建,形成SBOM数据库,进而使航空公司、制造商和设备供应商之间以标准化的形式精确和便捷地交换相关数据。该研究可有效解决我国民用直升机在研制和交付运营全寿命期间维修工程分析数据的管理、规范和及交换问题,为民用直升机保障支援提供坚实基础。

This article introduces the data types and data management in the analysis of cicil helicopter maintenance engineering.Using the SBOM(Service Bill of Materials)to organize and construct the source data of engineering to form the SBOM database,which could enable airlines,manufaturers and equipment supplier exchange standardized data accurately and conveniently.This research can effectively solve the problems of management,standardization and exchange of maintenance engineering analysis data during the entire life of the development and delivery of civil helicopters,and provide a solid foundation for the integrated logistics support of civil helicopter.
