摘要
目前无人机直升机总装生产中依旧使用纸质文件指导现场装配、验收,面对未来大批量生产任务,该模式越来越多的显露出弊端。本文设计了基于MES系统的无人机直升机总装系统,该系统极大提高了总装效率和库存管理能力,在更方便同步掌握总装工作进展的同时又提高了交付验收资料管理效率。
At present,paper documents are still used in the final assembly production of UAV helicopters to guide on-site assembly and acceptance.In the face of mass production tasks in the future,more and more drawbacks are revealed in this mode.In this paper,a UAV helicopter final assembly system based on the MES system is designed,which greatly improves the final assembly efficiency and inventory management ability.
