沥青路面车辙病害成因及养护对策

Causes and Maintenance Countermeasures of Rutting Disease of Asphalt Pavement

改革开放以来,我国公路事业一路高歌,建设规模持续扩大,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。沥青路面因其施工便捷、噪声小、易于维护及行车舒适等优势在公路建设当中得到了广泛应用。然而,在车辆荷载的反复作用下,加上温度、雨水等自然因素的影响,沥青路面极易出现早期破坏,例如裂缝、坑槽、车辙等,其中车辙病害较为普遍,若处理不到位很容易影响行车安全。本文基于车辙病害机理,分析了车辙病害的危害,并结合工程车辙病害调查情况找出车辙病害成因,提出相应的养护措施,希望可以有效抑制或减少车辙病害,恢复路面使用性能。

Since the reform and opening up,China's highway industry has been singing all the way,the construction scale has continued to expand,and remarkable achievements have been made.Asphalt pavement has been widely used in highway construction because of its advantages of convenient construction,low noise,easy maintenance and driving comfort.However,under the repeated action of vehicle load and the influence of natural factors such as temperature and rain,asphalt pavement is prone to early damage,such as cracks,pits and ruts.Rutting diseases are more common.If they are not handled in place,it is easy to aff ect driving safety.Therefore,based on the mechanism of rutting disease,this paper analyzes the harm of rutting disease,and combined with the investigation of Engineering rutting disease,finds out the causes of rutting disease,and puts forward corresponding maintenance measures,hoping to effectively inhibit or reduce rutting disease and restore pavement performance.
