路面机制砂混凝土抗滑耐久性分析

摘要 在公路施工中,水泥混凝土路面应用较为广泛,为了提高水泥混凝土路面的抗滑耐久性,需要采用坚硬、耐磨、洁净的石英河砂用于路面混凝土施工,且河砂用量大。但我国很多地区的优质砂却十分紧缺,机制砂混凝土的应用,可以克服这一缺陷,满足路面混凝土各项物理力学性能。为此,本文结合具体工程案例,对机制砂水泥混凝土路面耐磨抗滑相关内容进行了探讨,并对路面机制砂混凝土抗滑耐久性进行了评价分析,以期提高机制砂混凝土抗滑耐久性,延长路面的使用寿命,确保行车安全。 In highway construction,cement concrete pavement is widely used.In order to improve the anti-skid durability of cement concrete pavement,it is necessary to use hard,wear-resistant and clean quartz river sand for pavement concrete construction,and the amount of river sand is large,but high-quality sand is very scarce in many areas of our country.The application of machine-made sand concrete can overcome this defect and meet the physical and mechanical properties of pavement concrete.For this reason,this paper discusses the wear resistance and anti-slip related content of machine-made sand cement concrete pavement combined with specific engineering cases,and evaluates and analyzes the anti-slip durability of pavement machine-made sand concrete,in order to improve the anti-slip durability of machine-made sand concrete.Extend the service life of the road surface and ensure driving safety.
