This paper makes an in-depth research and discussion on how to further improve the overall quality management and supervision efficiency in the actual construction process of grass-roots water conservancy projects,hoping to provide some help for the development of this work,so that the relevant project quality supervision and management personnel can have more basis when carrying out their work,and start from this,It has triggered more thinking and laid a more solid foundation for the smooth and efficient development of grass-roots water conservancy projects in China.
