摘要
高校教师的教学发展是教师发展的核心成分。由于影响教学发展的指标众多,且不同指标的数据分散在不同的部门。为了实现数据的共享及数据的综合分析,本文提出高校教师教学发展监测系统的构建和实施方案。实际运行的结果表明,教学发展监测系统能够实现教师的教学发展数据的共享,可以为分析教师的成长规律提供科学的依据。
The teaching development of college teachers is the core component of teacher development.Because there are many indicators affecting teaching development,and the data of different indicators are scattered in different departments.In order to realize data sharing and comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward the construction and implementation scheme of College Teachers'teaching development monitoring system.The actual operation results show that the teaching development monitoring system can realize the sharing of teachers'teaching development data and provide a scientific basis for analyzing the growth law of teachers.
