高校政府采购数据采集分析与应用

Analysis and Application of Government Procurement in Colleges and Universities

传统的高校政府采购数据处理方法忽略了项目数据的分析对比。针对该问题,本文研究了运用和优化对比分析算法进行政府采购数据的采集和分析,并开发了一款采购数据管理系统。首先用网络爬虫程序爬取政府采购和高校采购信息网站的数据内容,然后对所采集的数据进行处理与分析,最后形成可视化图表。实验结果表明,系统可有效地对公开的采购数据资源进行分析研究与应用。

The traditional data processing method of university government procurement ignores the analysis and comparison of project data.To solve this problem,this paper studies the use and optimization of comparative analysis algorithm to collect and analyze government procurement data,and develops a procurement data management system.Firstly,the data content of government procurement and University procurement information websites are crawled by the web crawler program,and then the collected data are processed and analyzed.Finally,a visual chart is formed.The experimental results show that the system can effectively analyze,research and apply the public procurement data resources.
