模型引导儿童型中成药用药剂量的研究现状与发展策略 被引量:6

摘要 中成药具有多途径、多靶点和多效应的作用特点,在儿童疾病治疗中发挥着重要的作用。规范儿童型中成药用药剂量能够有效降低剂量不足的治疗无效或剂量过量导致的安全隐患,以确保儿童的中成药用药安全。当前,模型引导的药物研发在儿童人群用药剂量中得到广泛地应用,但仍然存在很大挑战。现对模型引导精准定量儿童型中成药用药剂量的现状和发展策略进行了总结和思考,以期为儿童型中成药的用药规范和发展提供有益的参考。
