摘要
目的:对《龚廷贤医学全书》中龚氏诊治消渴病证的方药进行数据分析,为现代中医临床诊治消渴病证提供参考。方法:收集《龚廷贤医学全书》中龚氏治疗消渴病证的文献,构建临证方药数据库,运用数据挖掘技术对其药物的使用频次、药物归经等进行统计分析。结果:最终符合条件的方剂共计40首,涵盖75味中药,用药总频次共计294次,使用频次较高的药物有甘草、地黄、麦冬、人参等;药物归经频率较高的为肺、脾、胃及肝经;复杂网络分析结果得到4个组合;关联分析共得到关联数据30条(3条两项、19条三项及8条四项关联药物),核心组合为“麦冬-天花粉-地黄”;核心药物聚类分析得到C1:可见三消汤之义,C2:可见人参五味子汤之义,A1:气血双补药(黄芪、甘草);因子分析提取5个公因子,其中因子贡献率最高的组合为F1:地黄、麦冬、天花粉、黄连、当归,可见黄连地黄汤之义。结论:本研究以消渴病证为切入点,从多方面全方位的挖掘龚氏治疗该病证的诊疗思路与用药规律,其辨治消渴病证的处方用药规律及学术思想对指导中医临床实践及相关药物研发具有重要意义,值得进一步推广和研究。
Objective:The data of GONG’s prescriptions for diagnosing and treating diabetes syndrome in GONG Tingxian Yixue Quanshu(《龚廷贤医学全书》)was analyzed to provide more reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes syndromes in modern times.Methods:The literature of GONG’s prescriptions for treating diabetes syndrome in GONG Tingxian Yixue Quanshu was collected to construct a database of clinical prescriptions and medications.The data mining technology was applied to conduct a statistical analysis on the used frequency and active ingredient distribution of the medicines.Results:Finally,there were a total of 40 prescriptions that met the conditions,covering 75 traditional Chinese medicines.The total medication frequency was 294 times.The more frequently used medicines were Gancao(licorice),Dihuang(rehmannia),Maidong(radix ophiopogonis),Renshen(ginseng),etc..The active ingredient of medicines were more absorbed by the lung,spleen,stomach and liver meridians.The complex network analysis obtained 4 combinations.The correlation analysis obtained a total of 30 pieces of related data(3 two-medicine,19 three-medicine and 8 four-medicine),and the core combination is“Maidong-Tianhuafen(trichosanthin)-Dihuang”.The core medicine cluster analysis gained C1 that was similar to the Sanxiao decoction(三消汤),C2 that was similar to the Renshen Wuweizi decoction(人参五味子汤),and A1 that were medicines for replenishing Qi(气)and blood,such as Huangqi(astragalus)and Gancao.The factor analysis extracted 5 common factors,among which the combination with the highest factor contribution rate was F1:Dihuang,Maidong,Tianhuafen,Huanglian,and Danggui,which was similar to the Huanglian Dihuang decoction(黄连地黄汤).Conclusion:This study took diabetes syndromes as the breakthrough point,and explored GONG’s diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication rules on this disease from various aspects.The medication rules and academic thoughts for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic syndromes are of great significance for guiding the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of related medicines,and it is worthy of further promotion and research.
