论中医正骨与美式整脊技术的区别

A discussion on the difference between traditional Chinese medicine bone setting and American chiropractic technique

文章拟通过文献检索、资料阅读等方法,从多角度解析中医正骨和美式整脊的差异,探究两者的区别。从技术起源上看,两者的发展脉络完全不同,中医正骨历史更加悠久,但美式整脊发展迅速;从核心理论上看,中医正骨根植于中医基础理论,发展了“骨错缝、筋出槽”“筋骨并重”等中医理论,提出了骨正筋柔和功法锻炼的治疗原则,美式整脊则强调“关节半脱位理论”“神经刺激学说”,治疗重点在于纠正椎骨的半脱位;从手法体系看,两者有较多相似手法,但又各有特色;从治疗对象上看,两者均善于治疗脊柱及相关性疾病,但中医正骨还善治筋伤、骨折等。中医正骨和美式整脊均是临床上非常有效的治疗手段,我们应该摒弃中、西医之争,求同存异,互补优劣,更好地造福人类健康。

This paper intends to analyze the differences between bone setting in TCM and American chiropractic from multiple angles through literature retrieval,data reading and other methods.From the perspective of technical origin,their development context are completely different.TCM bone setting has a longer history,but American chiropractic has developed rapidly.From the aspect of core theory,bone setting in TCM is rooted in the basic theory of TCM.TCM bone setting has developed TCM theories such as“bone dislocation,tendon out of groove”and“equal emphasis on muscles and bones”,and proposeds the treatment principles of bone setting and soft tendon,and Gongfa exercise(功法锻炼).American chiropractic technique emphasizes“joint subluxation theory”and“nerve stimulation theory”,and the focus of treatment is to correct spinal subluxation.From the perspective of technique system,they have more similar techniques,but each has its own characteristics.From the perspective of treatment objects,the both are good at treating spine and related diseases,but TCM bone setting is also good at treating tendon injury,fracture and so on.TCM bone setting and American chiropractic technique both are very effective treatment methods.We should abandon the dispute between TCM and Western medicine,seek common ground while reserving differences,and learn from each other’s advantages,in order to better benefit human health.
