基于“血不利则为水”理论浅谈下肢深静脉血栓形成的中医治疗

TCM treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis based on the theory of “Blood stasis causes body fluid spillage”

下肢深静脉血栓形成是较为常见的周围血管类疾病,本病的病因及其发病机制主要是血瘀,进而津液运动受阻,水外溢于皮肤,引起本病。文章基于“血不利则为水”的理论,将下肢深静脉血栓形成的病机主要概括为“血不利”与“水不利”,且基于此理论以及其病因病机,提出运用活血利水法之治疗大法来治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成,具体包括活血化瘀利水法和益气活血利水法。

Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity is a relatively common peripheral vascular disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are mainly blood stasis.Blood stasis hinders the movement of body fluids,and the fluid in the body overflows to the surface of the skin,causing the disease.In this article,based on the theory of retained fluid caused by poor blood flow,the pathogenesis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity is mainly summarized as“poor blood flow”and“retained fluid”,and based on this theory and its etiology and pathogenesis,the method of promoting blood circulation and diuresis is proposed to treat deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs,specifically including the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and retained fluid,and the method of replenishing Qi(气)and promoting blood circulation and diuresis.
