蚂蚁通痹胶囊治疗幼年类风湿关节炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis with the Mayi Tongbi capsules

目的:观察蚂蚁通痹胶囊治疗幼年类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的幼年类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,对照组予来氟米特,治疗组在对照组基础上加用蚂蚁通痹胶囊,观察两组患者疾病疗效及临床症状、实验室检测指标改善情况。结果:两组患者疾病疗效较治疗前有明显改善,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在改善晨僵时间、关节疼痛、关节肿胀方面及降低C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor,RF)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide,CCP)抗体等指标方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:蚂蚁通痹胶囊能有效改善幼年类风湿关节炎患者的症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Mayi Tongbi capsules(蚂蚁通痹胶囊)on juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:The juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients that met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 cases and the control group of 60 cases.The control group was given leflunomide,and the treatment group took leflunomide plus the Mayi Tongbi capsules.Results:The curative effect in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in ameliorating morning stiffness,joint pain,and joint swelling and reducing CRP,RF,anti-CCP antibody and other indicators,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Mayi Tongbi capsules can effectively ameliorate the symptoms of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients.
