新时代基础教育教材的基本特征与建设路径---基于首届全国教材建设奖的实证分析

摘要 首届全国教材建设奖集中展示了党的十八大以来,我国在教材建设领域取得的优秀成果。在基础教育教材领域,获奖教材绝大部分来自东部地区,京沪苏获奖数占总奖项的近八成;具有鲜明的思想性和创新性,党和国家意志、学科和行业发展新成果得到有效体现;初步实现多元化主体参与,但参与深度不足、作用发挥尚不充分;总体实现学段、学科和教育类型全覆盖,趋于形成新时代德智体美劳“五育并举”基础教育教材新体系。面向新时代,建议从落实国家事权、探求建设规律、加强内涵建设、技术赋能变革等方面入手,增强教材建设的政治性、科学性、系统性和先进性,创新机制注动力、聚合力、增活力、提能力,促进基础教育教材的高质量发展。 Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the winning textbooks of the First National Textbook Construction Award for basic education,we found most of the winning textbooks come from the eastern region,and the number of awards won by textbooks published in Beijing,Shanghai and Jiangsu accounts for nearly 80% of the total awards.The winning textbooks have distinctive ideological and innovative nature.The will of the Communist Party of China and the state,and the new achievements in the development of disciplines and industries have been effectively reflected.The winning textbooks are initially completed with the participation of diversified subjects,but the depth of participation is insufficient and the role is not fully played.The winning textbooks cover all learning stages,disciplines and types,and tend to form a new system of "all-round education" for basic education in the new era.It is suggested that we should enhance the political,scientific,systematic and advanced nature of textbook construction in terms of implementing state authority,exploring the law of construction,strengthening connotation construction and reforming education through technology.We should pool our efforts to stimulate cooperation between the driving forces and promote the high quality development of textbooks for elementary education.
