守正创新:温儒敏的语文教育观

摘要 温儒敏从事语文的课标研制、教材编写和教学探讨多年,结合语文课改的经验思考,凝聚统编教材编写团队的集体智慧,形成了守正创新的语文教育观:一是教材观,基于守正,立足创新,在统编教材的编写过程中强调凸显主体性特质和结构组合的创意设计,使统编教材既让师生觉得实用,又有利于落实语文核心素养;二是教学观,着眼于语文教学最优化,聚焦语用,抓实语用教学,探究教学的最优化策略;三是读书观,强调“读书养性”,拓展读书学习新场域,以素养阅读促进教师的整体发展。 Wen Rumin has been engaged in the development of curriculum standards,the compilation of unified text books and the optimization of Chinese teaching for many years.He adhered to the principle of inheritance and innovation,and therefore formed his own view of Chinese education.The first is his view of textbooks,which is based on inheritance and innovation,highlighting the subjective nature of the unified textbooks and the creative design of structural combinations,so that the unified Chinese textbooks are not only practical for teachers and students,but also conducive to the implementation of Chinese core competency.The second is his view of teaching,which focuses on the optimization of Chinese teaching and the use of language,grasping the actual language teaching,and exploring the optimal strategy of teaching.The third is his view of reading,which emphasizes“reading for self-cultivation”,expands the new field of reading and learning,and promotes the overall development of teachers with competency-oriented reading.
