新时代教师评价素养的内涵解构、价值意蕴及测评框架 被引量:13

摘要 在新时代教育评价改革的背景下,发展性、过程性、多元性、情境性的现代教育评价成为主旋律,呼唤教师在正确解读教育评价时代内涵的基础上重构评价素养体系。教师评价素养是教师能够从事日常教育教学评价活动所应具备的知识、能力及情意的综合表现,具有促进教师发展和学生成长、深化课程教学改革、助推教育评价范式转型等时代价值。教师评价素养的测评框架包含理解评价、实施评价、解释和运用评价结果、元评价共4个一级指标,以及明确成就期望、选择评价方法、遵循评价伦理等12项二级指标。 In the context of educational evaluation reform in the new era,developmental,procedural,diverse,and contextual modern educational evaluation has become the main theme,calling for teachers to reconstruct the evaluation competency system based on the correct interpretation of the connotation of the educational evaluation era.Teacher evaluation literacy is a comprehensive expression of the knowledge,ability,and affection that teachers need to be able to engage in daily educational and teaching evaluation activities,which has the value of promoting teacher development and student growth,deepening curriculum teaching reform,and supporting the transformation of educational evaluation paradigm.Based on literature research and empirical investigation,the evaluation framework of teacher evaluation literacy is summarized into four primary indicators,including understanding evaluation,implementation evaluation,interpretation and application of evaluation results,and meta-evaluation,and 12 secondary indicators,including defining achievement expectations,selecting evaluation methods,and following evaluation ethics.
