仪扬河溯源监测效果分析

摘要 为彻底查明影响仪扬河水质的污染来源,江苏省扬州环境监测中心会同扬州市生态环境局及各县(市、区)生态环境局组织实施联动溯源监测工作。调查结果显示,仪扬河整体为中度污染,水质“两端差,中间好”,主要污染源头为仪扬河支流汇水。仪扬河34条支流中有8条污染严重,水质均处于劣Ⅴ类。为保障省考生资码头、国考冻青桥、国考仪扬河大桥断面稳定达标,对监测结果进行了分析,提出了仪扬河环境质量优化建议。属地生态环境部门应对仪扬河支流两岸排污口彻底排查,进行清单化管理,科学技术支撑疏污,深化工业污染防治,扩大区域补偿范围,加快实施雨污分流和污水管网工程建设。 In order to thoroughly identify the pollution sources affecting the water quality of Yiyang River,Jiangsu Yangzhou environmental monitoring center,together with Yangzhou ecological environment bureau and county(city,district)ecological environment bureaus,organized and implemented linkage traceability monitoring.The survey results show that Yiyang river is moderately polluted as a whole.The water quality is“poor at both ends and good in the middle”.The main pollution source is the catchment of the tributary of Yiyang river.Eight of the 34 tributaries of Yiyang River are seriously polluted,and the water quality is inferior to classⅤ.In order to ensure the stability of the sections of provincial capital wharf,guokao frozen green bridge and guokao Yiyang River Bridge,the monitoring results are analyzed,and the optimization suggestions for the environmental quality of Yiyang River are put forward.The local ecological and environmental department shall thoroughly investigate the sewage outlets on both sides of the tributary of Yiyang River,carry out inventory management,support sewage drainage with science and technology,deepen industrial pollution prevention and control,expand the scope of regional compensation,and accelerate the construction of rainwater and sewage diversion and sewage pipe network project.
